Introduction

Salutations everyone! My name is Wei Jian Zhen. I am the creator of this website and an aspiring programmer that wants to improve his skills. I am currently in the proccess of making webpages for my website. I know it will be a lot of hard work and determination, but I know I can succeed!

Purpose of this Website

The purpose of this website is to display my accomplishments and software skills as a web designer. Each individual webpage will display at least one technique I learned during the time I was in Informational Technolgy High School. Now whether it may be just putting text on a webpage or inserting calculators inside the webpage, there will always be something to look forward to or find fascinating about this website. So hopefully, this website will be a step forward into achieving a satisfactory programmer in myself. What I know so far is that, this website will help me learn more about programming than if I did not program this website.

Experiences and Qualifications

As of 10/1/2019, I have knowledge about effiecient coding and I am technologically literate. I have used phones, tablets, video game consoles, video game handhelds, televisions, radios, laptops, and computers. I have experience in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. I am proficient with the mouse and keyboard. I learned Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator, and InDesign. I am furthermore certified by Adobe in Photoshop CC and InDesign. I am still learning HTML, CSS, and Javascript although I believe that I will be profiecient in those languages in the coming years.

Background of Skills

I have learned some of these skills mentions above by myself, from the internet, or from the schools I attended/am attending. Currently, I go to Informational Technology High School where I learn about programming and in acquiring my Career and Technical Education (CTE) diploma from the CTE program at school. In the program I learn about HTML, CSS, Javascript, professional behavior, and much more. The program furthermore teaches time management, dedication, attention to detail, work ethics, and mainly webiste building. The program builds a strong foundation that prepares the students for professional work and challenges in adult life.

Hobbies

Everyone should have at least one hobby. That way people can, once in a while, relax and refresh their body, mind, and soul to a certain degree. My hobbies are just as simple as any ordinary high school student. I play video games, watch YouTube videos, exercise, and/or sleep. It might not be very relaxing to you but it is relaxing to me.
